He was predeceased by : his parents, Lowell S. Proctor and Teresa A. Proctor (Sterny); his son Ricky Proctor; his grandson Ethan Proctor; and his stepdaughter Cindy Hedtke.
He is survived by : his wife Mary L. Proctor; his children, Melissa Proctor, Scott Proctor (Gina), Brad Proctor and Adam Proctor (Eris); his stepchildren, Barbara Beyersdorf (Bruce), Nancy Schley, Ann Nelson (Bill), Don Buschke (Julie), Dan Buschke (Tammy) and Bill Buschke; his grandchildren, Ian Proctor (Anita), Elizabeth Proctor, Erin Proctor, Emily Proctor, Jackson Proctor, Brielle Proctor, Trey Proctor, Eric Proctor and David Proctor; and his great grandchildren, Madeline and Major Proctor Many.
Due to COVID-19 gathering restrictions, a private graveside service and inurnment will take place at Union Cemetery, Symco with the Rev. Karen Riemer officiating.
