We bid farewell to Rodney L. Barkholtz of New London, Wisconsin, born in Appleton, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 15, 2024 at the age of 65. Rodney touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his father Ralph Barkholtz; his brother Randy Barkholtz; his parents-in-law, John and Helen Thern; his brother-in-law Jim Auer; and his son-in-law Kyle Price.

He is survived by : his mother Joan Barkholtz (Becker); his wife Julie Thern; his children, Melissa Krueger (James II), Jennifer Kern (Chris), Michelle Price (Matt Jacobs), Daydre Ring (Brian) and Joe Barkholtz (Alicia); his grandchildren, Aubree (Chace), Brenna, Matthew, Gabe, Marissa, Eliana, Garrett, Courtney, Caleb, Beckhem, Mya, Ethan, Jackson, Braeden, Waylon, Hudson and Harlow; his great grandchildren, Remi and Wesley; his siblings, Scott Barkholtz (Debbie), Ross Barkholtz (Becky), Rick Barkholtz and Karen Basler; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Beyer (Jeff), Tina Auer, Paula Upp (Glenn), Amy Baumgart (Tom), Beth Knutzen (Phil), Victor Thern (Leigh), Scott Thern (Heidi) and Jamie Thern.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, May 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (W7265 School Rd, Greenville, WI 54942).
