She was predeceased by : her parents, Eldor Volz and Ilene Volz (Tech); her parents-in-law, Marie and Don Crain; and her brothers, Dennis and Russel Volz.

She is survived by : her husband Jim Crain; her children, Jesse (Elizabeth), Joe (Brittany) and Andy Crain (Kansas); her grandchildren, Finn, Olivia and Clayton Crain; her siblings, Allan Volz (Judy) and Emily Schirpke (Gordon); her sisters-in-law, Carol and Kathy Volz; and her parents-in-law, Mary Nienhaus (Arnie), Betty Steingraber (Paul), Dave Crain (Chris), Tom Crain (Dawn), Barb St (Jim), Jean Palmer (Brian) and Jerry Crain (Kevin). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
