He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Beestman and Mary Beestman; his wife Ellen Beestman; his stepsons, Kenneth, Curtis and Roy Flatten; and his brothers, Lester, Gerald and William Beestman.
He is survived by: his son Herman (Mary Beestman); his stepdaughter Linda Rogers (Mike Miller); his stepdaughters-in-law, Maxine and Susan Flatten; and his siblings, Marge Calvert (Larry), Ruth Hillestad, George Beestman (Donna), Joyce Pollock (Pat), Cliff Beestman (Kathy) and Ann Otto. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
