He is survived by: his wife Audrey Lorraine [Johnson]; his siblings, Charles [Chuck] Edmund and Delores [Dode] LaMay Novack; his daughters, Susan [Carol] Johansen, Patti Johansen, Kay, Linda, Chuckie Jr and Nutzmann; his grandchildren, Paul [Jeanne] Halliwill, Keith [Ashley] Lepinski, Carrie [Kenny] Jordan, Thomas [Rachel] Forsythe, Steven [Sarah] Forsythe, Kaity [Dan] Tobritzhofer, Tracy [Chad] DeWitt, Nikki [Zach] Cramer and Jonathon Nutzmann; his great grandchildren, Trevor, Dylan Halliwill, Sophie Lepinski, Hunter Tobritzhofer, Killian Forsythe, Cidney, Christian and Chayce DeWitt; and his goddaughters, Tanya Geisler, Carrie Gerths and Kelly Nelson.
