He is survived by: his wife Jackie (Van Dyk); his daughter Sara Wheeland (Emily); his siblings, Jay Kumm (Cheryl) and Carole Hart (Tim); his parents-in-law, Pat and Gerrit Van Dyk; his siblings-in-law, Jenny Larson (Mark), Julie Elmer (Troy) and Jeff Van Dyk (Becky); his nephew John (Sarah); his great-nephew Carson; his niece Amanda Hart; his great-nephew Brantley; his nieces and nephews, Savanna Van Dyk, Jacob Van Dyk (Hanna), Zachary Elmer, Nick Elmer, Clayton Van Dyk, Joshua Van Dyk, Tyler Larson, Ben Larson, Lori Lawrence (Dale), Karen Tiber (Tim) and Todd Peters; his stepsister Judy Peters (Rollie); and his niece Linda Peters.
