He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond A. Borzick and Cecelia C. Fox Borzick. He is survived by : his wife Audrey Borzick of North Fond; his children, Patsy Leisering and John C. Borzick Jr. (Jeni) of Boscobel; his grandchildren, Jason Leisering (Mei) of Hualien, Taiwan, Eric Leisering of Tulsa, OK and Nelita Matter (Eric) of Campbellsport; his great grandchildren, Audianna Mae Matter, Temperance Matter and Reddington Matter; and his siblings, Geraldine Lutenberger of Fond and Raymond Borzick (Arlene) of Fond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic, memorial services will be held at a later date.
