Though Lawrence may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sr. Stabnow and Doris Stabnow (Warne); his wife Joan Beahm; and his brother Jon. He is survived by: his children, Michael Haugen of Hales Corners, Shirley Chance (Joe) of Boulder, MT, Joyce Baker (Steve) of Juneau, AK and Christine Adee (Harley) of Baraboo. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the National Rifle Association or Boys Town.
