He was predeceased by : his parents, William Paul and Vera Francis Mitchell (Leinen); his brother Steven P. Mitchell; and his sons, William F. and Thomas P. Mitchell.
He is survived by : his former life partner Mary Ann Mitchell (Collins); his wife Wanda Mitchell (Kamer); his children, Jacqueline Marr (David), Kathryn D'Agostino (Giuseppe), Maureen "Mo" Borkstrom (Edward), David Mitchell, Jennifer Rieke (Alan), Donna DeKiel (Joseph), Mary Torres, Amy Lazzari (Phil), Steven Mitchell, Daniel Mitchell, Susan Price (James), Kelly Flavin (Thomas), Sue Smith-Walsh (James) and Patricia Smith-Krueger; his brothers, Terrance (Sharon), David (Jean) and Frederick (Patricia); the mother of his children Mary Ann Mitchell; and his faithful-best friend Fritz. He is also survived by 40 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and countless friends.
