He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip C. and Pearl; his son Phillip Michael Krysiak, Sr.; and his brothers, Jack Krysiak and William Krysiak.

He is survived by : his daughter Nicole Krysiak; his grandson Phillip Michael Krysiak, Jr.; his siblings, Phyllis Werbowsky (Steve), Carol Awve (Dave), Judy Thomas (Don) and Ken Krysiak (Sarah); his significant other Margie Hagge; his daughter Tina Schermer (Todd); and his grandchildren, Kristin and Stevie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
