He was predeceased by: his parents, Cheever Dixon and Marguerite Dixon; and his sister Marcia Waid. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Ashley Childs (Gregory) and Page Jessica Dixon (MG Greenwood); his close friend Martha Houck; and his grandchildren, Kailyn, Reegan Cannaday and Roberta Greenwood. He is also survived by nieces, other family and friends.
