As we bid adieu to Susan Ann's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Susan Ann has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband John; and her son Jeffrey. She is survived by: her children, Carrie Cohen (Gabe) and Andy Nezworski (Lacey); and her grandchildren, Gabby, Max, Olivia, Drake and Hudson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Pagenkopf Funeral Home (2228 Silver Maple Ln, Oconomowoc, WI 53066). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's/Dementia Association (https://www.alz.org) and the American Cancer Society in Susan's name are welcome.
