She is survived by : her parents, Jay Booth (Crystal) and Sheila Woodward; her daughter River Rayne Booth; her siblings, Mike Booth (Caitlin), Hunter Booth, Sara Morley, Alexandria Swearingen, Kristi Mahnke and Allison Woodward; her stepsister Breanna Barribeau; her uncle Jerry Booth (JoAnn); and her grandparents, Dick and Sharon Booth. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
