He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Bonnie Van Veghel and Otto Folts. He is survived by : his siblings, Thomas and Falicia; his significant other Maddy Wilbur; his parents, Jeff Folts and Tracy Folts; his brother-in-law Falicia Brabant; his grandparents, Tom Kozlowski and Cathy Kozlowski; and also, Steven Brabant, Everleigh and Alaina. He is also survived by other relatives and many, many friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Cory's name.
