She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Vizelka and Alice Vizelka (Fetterly); her siblings, Debbie Slatky and Gary Vizelka; and her nephew Tom Slatky.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph Vizelka, Bruce Vizelka and Susan Herzog (Scott). She is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
