She was predeceased by : her parents, Gene Stewart and Josephine Stewart; her grandsons, Bo and Tyler Frazer; and her pet Lucky.

She is survived by : her husband Tom Follett; her children, Debi Frazer (Justin) and Kim Follett; her grandsons, Grant and Bennett Frazer; and her siblings, Lori Scanlan (Pat), Jackie Bauer (Paul), Rich (Gina), Randy (Evelyn) and Larry (Karen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

All contributions will be given to the local Humane Society.
