He is survived by : his sister English; his wife Kathy; his sons, Eric (Amy) and Steve (Jackie); his granddaughters, Mary and Brooke; his sisters, Donna Van Rossum (Ted) and Victoria Bostedt (Curt); his nephew John Bostedt (Julie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bryce, Brady and Brea; his son Jeff Bostedt; his grandchildren, Duncan and Carsten; his daughter Jodi Bostedt; his sister-in-law Carole Zimmerman (Gary); his nephews, Gary Zimmerman (Robin) and Scott Zimmerman (Ann); his sister-in-law Helene Perrizo; his nieces and nephews, Teva, Rano Perrizo (Lisa) and Melia Hutak (Joel); his brother-in-law John Perrizo (Marlene); his daughters, Justine, Maggie Herald (Ryan) and Sara; his godson Osawe; his nephew David Hall (Rhonda); and his children, Emily Maeleon (Patrick) and Kaleb Hall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
