He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kikendall; his children, Marti, John (Jodi) and Mike; his grandchildren, Jason, Kira, Katelyn (Mark), Matt, Chris, Kelly, Mya and Audi; his great grandchildren, LeRoy and Claire; his sister Nancy Brewer (Fred); his stepbrothers, Tom Jones (Kathi) and Jim Jones (Jackie); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Kikendall (Margaret), Dee Slovinski, Carol Schraven (Paul) and Rita Kikendall.
