She is survived by : her spouse Carl Martin Seibert; her children, Marsha Bateman (William) of West Salem, Karen Jernigan of Scottsdale and Donald Seibert (Theresa) of Huntington, W. V.; her grandchildren, Allen Bateman (Jessica), Sarah McLeod (Curtis), David Bateman (Justine), Steve Jernigan (Beverly), Chad Sturgill (Ronda), Martin Seibert and Kelsey Seibert; her son David Anderson Seibert; her siblings, Ruth, Emil, Ethel, Alvin, Robert and Arthur; her son-in-law Larry Jernigan; and her granddaughter Stephanie Smith. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
