He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Hill and Irene Hill (Elm); his siblings, Floyd Sr., Richard Sr., Larry and Russell Sr.; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Betters.
He is survived by: his sister Susie Kelly (Herb); his goddaughter Renee "Pumkin"; his nephew Norman (Jessie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle, Alexis, Donavin, Nathan, Savannah and Juno; his nephew Justin (Ashley); his great-nieces and great-nephews, James, Aaliyah and Braxton; his daughter Kylene; his grandchildren, Tristan, Trenton, Kehlahni and Kawliga; his nieces and nephews, Floyd James II (Kyle), Lance (Crystal), R. C. (Linda), Shane, Murph, Russell Jr. (Kari), Dale (Becky), David (Tabitha), Albert, Tony "Tee", John "Shorty", Shannon (Bill), Bridget (Rick) and Kim (Randy); his brother-in-law Herb (Marinette); and also, Gia, Aiden, Boo-Boos and Irene.
