He was predeceased by : his mother Jane Carrier (Sanford); his grandparents, Charles, Eleanor Carrier, Monard and Marion Sanford; his stepparents, Jim Wenz and Lily Carrier; and his great-nephew Kovi Kyrie Jackson.

He is survived by : his brother Jesus; his father Charles "Chuck" Carrier; his siblings, Beth Jackson and Ben Carrier (Elena); his stepsister Zara Radtke; his nephews, Tyson Jackson and Adriel Jackson; and his close friend Nicole. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to Samaritan's Hand in Sheboygan.
