We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2020, at the age of 78, James Daniel Joseph Foley of Oostburg, Wisconsin, born in Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Foley and Adelaide Foley (Ward); and his sisters, Mary Ann Zurl, Sr. (Ed), Margaret Foley and Joan Gewartowski (Paul).

He is survived by : his mother-in-law Mercedes Gomez; his wife Mercedes Gomez Foley of Oostburg; his daughter Patty Gmach (Jeremy) of Oostburg; and his grandchildren, Samantha Beaudoin, Megan Gmach and Courtney Gmach. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
