He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilfred Lensink and Laura Lensink (Ver Gowe); and his brothers, Bill, Dan and Paul Lensink.
He is survived by : his wife Joanne Lensink (Jagerink); his sons, Nathan Lensink (Gisela Ebbers) and Peter Lensink; his granddaughters, Olive and Willa Lensink; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler, Spencer, Jaymee and Jared Ebbers; and his sisters, Ann Lammers, Mary Theune, Sandy VanStelle and Laurel Fischer. He is also survived by in-laws and nieces and nephews.
