He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sholts and Beulah Sholts (Gallager); his daughter Martha Long; his brother Ralph Sholts; and his granddaughters, Alexis and Kassia Long.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Haase; his daughter Sheri Bailey; his son-in-law Martin Long; his grandchildren, Creighton Long (Laura), Mercedes Long, Kacie Bailey, Kelsey Gordon and MacKenzie Bailey; his great grandchildren, Autumn Gordon and Ember Gordon; his sisters, Jean Hanson (Mark) and Joan Anderson; and his sister-in-law Paula Sholts. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
