It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Father Anthony Schumacher (Oregon, Wisconsin), born in Alton, Iowa, who passed away on September 9, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Anthony "Tony" Schumacher; his siblings, Madeline, Leo, George, Oscar and Peter; and his niece Barbara Leffel.

He is survived by: his sibling's children, Dennis, Mark, Jim Schumacher, Connie McKnight, Mary Alice Schumacher Ostrow, Joan Leyden and Lisa Stankovich.
