She is survived by: her children, Vicki Eyers and Lenny Small (Teresa); her grandchildren, Alex Small (Marie), Christine Small, Melissa Cantwell (Forrest), Zach Eyers (Naomi), Nick Small and Eli Small; her great grandchildren, Lucas Small and Addison Cantwell; and her siblings, Dean Petzke (Harolyn), Marva Pagel (Don), Dennis Petzke (Mary) and Sheryl Schuck (Forrest).
