It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Phillips (Oregon, Wisconsin), born in Belmont, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 11, 2019, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Gladys Mulcahy of Plover. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
