She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Squires and Leona Squires (Laufenberg); her husband Roy L. Pokorny; her siblings, Roger James, Donald and Nancy; her parents-in-law, Louis and Tillie Pokorny; her children-in-law, Teena Pokorny and Jeffrey Chapman; her grandson Travis Pokorny; and her great grandchild Alexander Aguilar.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Pokorny (Sally Jo), Michael Pokorny (Sandra Osborne) of Ladson, SC, Maureen Chapman of Cary, NC, Denise Alexander (Robert) of Georgetown, TX, Daniel Pokorny (Wendy), Dawn Pokorny-Fisher (Steve), Renee Brommer (Mark), Rhonda Shuck (Jerry) of Phoenix, AZ, Darren Pokorny (Erin), Doyle Pokorny (Kim) and Derrick Pokorny (Andrea); and her sisters, Lavon Rader (Dennis) and Mary Armbruster (Roy Lippert). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
