He is survived by : his children, Michael Mickelson (Sheryll), Jim Mickelson (Michelle), Steve Mickelson (Nancy) and Terri Mickelson. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
