He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth D. Phillips and Gail Phillips (Haulotte). He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Phillips (Kathy) of Wagner and Holly Philipps (Tom) of Wallace; and his close friend Kristi Walk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.
