He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Ronald and Ardis Schwittay; his uncle Brian Schwittay; and his cousin Trevor Schwittay. He is survived by : his parents, Jeremy Schwittay and Monica Schwittay; his siblings, Colton and Adalyn Schwittay; his grandparents, Gary and Jean Streff of Fredonia; his aunts and uncles, Michele Carlson (Dale) of Peshtigo, Becky Schwittay of Peshtigo, Jason Schwittay (Jenni) of Peshtigo and Jason Streff (Nikki) of Random Lake; his cousins, Bryan Schwittay (Nicole), Morgan Schwittay, Lana Schwittay, Jaron Schwittay, Jenson Schwittay, Jaedin Schwittay, Julian Schwittay, Annabelle Streff, Cali Streff and Jenna Streff; and his great-grandparent Helen Horn of Port Washington.
