He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Madushaw and Anna Madushaw (Kropf); his parent-in-law Ernabelle J. "Ernie" Andree; and his brother James Madushaw. He is survived by: his niece Chris Griswold. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
