She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Butler and Charlotte Butler; her brother Dean Butler (Judith); and her nephew L. Dean Butler. She is survived by: her husband Howard V. Hart; her children, Charles Hart (Lisa) of Fitchburg, WI and Sarah Martino (late Joe) of Steamboat Springs, CO; her brother Wayne Butler (Nancy) of LaHarpe, IL; her grandchildren, Josh Hart (Rachelle) of Charlotte, NC and Kaitlyn Hart of Los Angeles, CA; her sibling's children, Lora Butler, Amy Begley (Ted), Lisa Butler, Alison Gunn (Stuart) and Jesse Butler; and her daughter-in-law Lisa. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
