She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Kittoe and Cordelia Kittoe (Letcher); her husband Louis L. McPhail; her children, Sheryl Butson, Robert and Dick; her grandson Max McQuade; and her brothers, Melvin, Kenneth, Donald and Marvin Kittoe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barb Hake (Jim), Mary Jo McQuade (Jim) and Peg McPhail; her children-in-law, Larry Butson and Jodi McPhail; her grandchildren, Dan Butson (Valinda), Jen Eldredge (Mark), Mike Hake (Barb), Jeff Hake (Andrea), Jen Flores (Justin), Kelly Bussan (Kim), Jay McQuade (Danielle), Lisa Anderson (Tony), Niki McPhail and Casey McPhail (Nicole); her sister Darlene Coulthard (Richard); and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Gobes and Karen Lorentzen. She is also survived by twenty one great-grandchildren.
