He was predeceased by: his parents, Auguste Furlan and Josef Furlan; and his siblings, Annamiadle Leitgeb, Margit Stubinger (Sigi) and Walter Furlan (Hilde).
He is survived by: his wife Connie SaLoutos Furlan; his daughter Claudia Andre (Gunther); his siblings, Josef Furlan (Hermi), Rainer Furlan (Gudrun), Gusti Neidhart and Monika Furlan; and his sister-in-law Kathy Curtis (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
