He is survived by: his children, Craig, Lisa, Kay, Tom, Mark and Rieko; his grandchildren, Sarah, Tyler, Nick, Laurel, Marie, Amy and John III; his great grandchildren, Layna, Isaac, Victoria and Trevyn; Eila.
