She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Kienzle (Wendhausen) and Joe David Thompson; her stepfather Clarence Kienzle; her brother-in-law Bernard Lyght; and her nephews, Jacob Thompson and Jerid Lyght.
She is survived by: her children, Morhia Wedig (Tim), Brett Bottomley (Sam) and Brad Bottomley (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Cheyenne Bottomley, Caitlin Bottomley, Callie Quale (Jake Bartels), Christian Wedig, Asher Bottomley, Bentley Bottomley, Lincoln Thomas Bottomley, Neenah Flogel, Ryker Bottomley, Maddox Bradshaw and Ethan Bradshaw; her great grandchildren, Aries and Edgar; and her siblings, Roxanne Lyght, Valerie Honshel (Stephen), Craig Thompson (Tina) and Tom Thompson (Karla). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory (1245 N Water St, Platteville, WI 53818). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
