With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lowell J. Shinn of Platteville, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 30, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Shinn and Fern Shinn (Atkinson); his wife Anna Mae; and his grandchildren, Jacob Matthew and Alisha Marie Jones.

He is survived by: his daughter Marilyn Jones (Wayne); his grandson Alexander Jones; and his close friend Gloria Jones.
