She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Beyer and Velma Beyer (Butson); her husband Levern Skjegstad; and her son-in-law Dan Counselman. She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Henry; her children, Donna Counselman, Diane Paynter (Charles) and Gary Henry (Peg Wilson); her grandchildren, Sheri Rathje (John), Eric Counselman (Shannon), Lori Ferkey (Terry), Brian Counselman (Laura), Chad Manuell (Lisa), Ryan Manuell (Jenny), Gary Henry, Jr. (April) and Robert Henry; her great grandchildren, Owen, Anja Rathje, Esme, Cole Counselman, Analicia, Olivia, Daniel Ferkey, Zinnia, Penelope Counselman, Bradyn, Taylor Manuell, Ava, Bennett Manuell, Miciah, Paityn Henry, Drake, Keirra, Khloe, Kyliegh, Korbin and Kason Henry; her sister Betty VanNatta (Floyd); her nephews, Randy, Rodney and Steven VanNatta; and her stepchildren, Debbie Ingberg (Jim), Sherry Lunder, Rick Skjegstad and Glen Skjegstad. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild and seven great-nieces and nephews.

Skjegstad Memorial Fund, and mailed to the funeral home at PO Box 245, Platteville, WI 53818; where the family will be purchasing iPads for Park Place and Southwest Health Center, Platteville, for residents and patients to use to stay in contact with loved ones.
