He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Banfield and Joann Banfield (Carpenter); his grandparents, Sylvester, Pearl Banfield, Harold and Helen Carpenter; his brother-in-law Corey Burgess; and his nieces, Destiny, Tilah and Stephanie.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Burgess; his children, Dylan, Dalton Banfield and Haley McGowan; his stepson Brandon Loken; his grandchildren, Avayah Loken and Landon Banfield; and his siblings, Tina Banfield, Holly Ogden (Ted), Tracy Banfield (Craig Klein), Dennis Banfield (Paula), Mark Banfield (Shelly) and Ryan Banfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
