He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Brauck and Dorothy Brauck (Schwartz); his siblings, David Brauck and Sandra Zradicka; and his aunt Elaine Bigelow.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brauck of Pleasant Prairie; his daughters, Becky Van Damme (Chris) of Paris, Heidi Millimaki (Rob) of Pleasant Prairie and Leann Smith (Mel) of Bristol; his sisters, Sharon Lowrance (Chuck) of Wadsworth, IL, Brenda LoMonaco of Grayslake, IL, Karen Brauck of Grayslake, IL and Cindy Brauck; his aunt Cathy Allen (Ron); his grandchildren, Drake Peet (Jenna), Jordan Smith-Franz (Brooke), Kane Peet, Christopher Van Damme (Natalie), Alayna Smith, Maggie Flores (Jesse), Bailey Millimaki, Melaney Smith and Melly Smith; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Peet, Dylan Peet and Thomas Van Damme. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
