She was predeceased by: her parents, Randell "Ike" and Mary Packard (Fraley); and her sister Sandy Packard. She is survived by: her husband Gary Jelinek; her children, Mathew Jelinek (Marissa Kowal), Jennifer Ledanski (Andy) and Ashley Jelinek; her granddaughters, Scarlet Jelinek, Sasha and Gianna Ledanski; and her sisters, Diane Pappianne and Elaine Cappozzo. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Interment will be private. Facial coverings and social distancing are required for those attending.
