Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Paul Joseph Sartori of Plymouth, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 78, on December 15, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Sartori and Marie H. Sartori; his sister Cecelia Sartori Kastberg; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Green, John DeRocher and Dick Kastberg.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Ann Sartori; his children, JP Sartori (Kimberly Nicewonder), Angela Sartori (Bob Ursillo) and Lainee Bufkin (Andin); his siblings, Jim Sartori (Jan), Steve Sartori (Laura), Anne Green, Maribeth DeRocher, Linda Sartori, Susa Silvermarie Sartori and Pattie Sartori Wharton (Bob); his brother-in-law Larry Knowles (Terri); and his grandchildren, Haley Sartori, Dominic Sartori, Kate Ursillo, Ellie Ursillo, Anna Ursillo, Lili Bufkin and Luc Bufkin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Plymouth Arts Center or The Sheboygan County Meals on Wheels in Paul's memory.

“Group 66 Member Each of us is unique in our own way. It’s just that Paul was more unique than most. He typically rode at the back of the pack but he was by no means a follower. He set his own pace and followed his own rules, without exception. He was frugal with himself but generous with others. Paul was happy and he showed it. His happiness was contagious. It’s hard to be happy today.”
