He was predeceased by: his parents, Merchant Marine John H. Langer, Sr. and Eleanor Berger. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Thiel (Mike Joers) of Grafton, Justin Langer (Melissa) of Port Washington, John Langer Jr. and Katie Langer of New York; his grandchildren, Jordan, Jackson and Benjamin (Rene Langer); and his siblings, Janice Nelson, Laurelyn Wichgers, Jimmy Langer (Linda) and Tom Langer (Liz). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
