She was predeceased by : her parents, Vergne Kearley and Alma Kearley (Siewert); her husband Charles R Platt; her children, Sherri Ann and Timothy Platt; her son-in-law Paul Roth; and her brother Duane.

She is survived by : her children, Charlene Goffard (Melvin), Teresa Roth and Gregory Platt; her daughter-in-law Sonia Platt; and her siblings, Ronald Kearley (Ginny), Elaine and Deryl. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
