She is survived by : her parents, Larry Barrows and Jane Barrows (Richmond); her husband W. Andrew Voigt; her children, Walker and Molly; her brother Jason; her sister-in-law Susan Barrows; her friends, Chris, Kate, Scott, Wendy and Tammy Wood; and also, Bill, Eleanor Voigt and Katie Voigt. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

To that end and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed to the Columbia County Humane Society in Heather's name or to a charity of one's choice.
