She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Miller and Betty Miller (Nellist); her husband Ronald V. Foster; her sons, Ronald, Jr. and David; and her siblings, Joann, Mavis, Jessie and LeRoy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lora Foster and Kristine Shier (Shawn); her grandchildren, Jessica Kranz, Klarissa, Kody (Shayla Shier), Britny (David Foster) and Harmony Schuster (Angel Johnson); her great grandchildren, Zoey of Peyton, KJ and James; her daughter-in-law Bobbie Foster; and her siblings, Rebecca Peters, Roger Miller and Rolla Miller (Jeanine). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
