She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston Beahm and Helen Beahm (Collins); her in-laws, Clarence and Rosie Martin; her son Bradley Martin; her brothers, William Beahm, George and Harold Collins; her brother-in-law James Van Wormer; and her nephews, Jeremy Beahm and Jay Van Wormer.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her daughter Angela; her son-in-law Dan Schelvan; her grandsons, Devin and Jaxon; her siblings, Sally Van Wormer and Winston Beahm (Sue); and her siblings-in-law, Cindy Beahm, Judy Collins, Cheryl Ashworth, Larry Martin, William Martin (Joyce) and Ricky Martin (Lynn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
