Verona Dorothy Gray Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2025, at the age of 107, Verona Dorothy Gray of Portage, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Verona Dorothy Gray to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Broesch and Caroline Broesch (Krinke); her husbands, Willard Hendrickson, Francis Carlin and Harvey Gray; her children, Susie Carlin and John Carlin; her grandsons, Dennis and Todd Hendrickson; her great grandchild Corbin Dansie; and her brothers, Eugene, Clayton, Roger, Donald, John and William.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Hendrickson (Joanne), Gail Thurley (Ronald), Judy Haase (Bill), Willard "Bill" Hendrickson (Mary), Toni Busha (Joe), Roger Carlin (Debbie), Jean Winchell (Greg), Timmie Carlin and James Carlin; her stepchildren, Bonnie Gerbitz (Marshall) and Cinde Killoran (Dan); and her close friends, Joanne Pritchard and Judy Ebeneter. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church (850 Armstrong St, Portage, WI 53901).
