He was predeceased by: his parents, George Polodna and Elsie Polodna (Konichek); his wife Helen Stuckey; his son Philip; his daughter-in-law Carol; and his sisters, Louise Rod and Vivian Ashbacher.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen (Donna), Michael (Mary Jo) and Mark; his brother-in-law Ray Ashbacher; and his close friend Rose Bauer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
